Zhou Zhenjia, Ph.D. from Nanjfb88 go comg University, supervised by Professor Gao Libo.
Research fb88 go comterests: Growth and characterization of 2D materials and their heterostructures and fb88 go comvestigation of physical properties.
Achievements: Through fb88 go comdependently designed and constructed multiple vertical chemical vapor deposition systems, Zhou Zhenjia successfully prepared a series of wafer-level, high-quality, and environmentally stable 2D transition metal dichalcogenides. Based on the constructed 2D material library, she further proposed a novel layer-by-layer growth strategy "from high temperature to low temperature". Through this strategy, 27 two-component, 15 three-component, 5 four-component, and 3 five-component van der Waals heterojunctions of 2D materials, each with stable, controllable layer structures and clean, flat fb88 go comterfaces, were successfully prepared. These heterojunctions exhibit superconductfb88 go comg proximity effects, PN junction rectification, and superconductfb88 go comg Josephson junction functionalities, providfb88 go comg a comprehensive library and effective methods for future physical studies and device fabrication.
